Downgrade ... to . firmware for ipod touch g?
Im trying to downgrade my ipod to . because when i upgrade it to .. it wiped my jailbreak out so either u can help me downgrade or tell me how long until the new jailbreak comes out. please reply

Make sure all your songs n stuff are backed up before doing this.brbrFirst u have to have itunes up and running. Download the firmware from this siteits free httptinyurl.comGitoucha and save it somewhere u can find it. Make sure your ipod touch is plugged into the computer. Once your ipod touch is recognized and u have the firmware downloaded and saved where u want it to be, u have to put it into DFU mode. To do so just hold the power and home buttons for seconds. your ipod should appear to shutoff. Now release the power button and keep holding the home button. After a while u should hear a sound like your ipod is being recognized. Now it should pop up in itunes as being in recovery mode. Hold shift and click restore, then locate the firmware u downloaded and hit open. U should be good to go. Your screen will turn white for a few seconds that means its working. i did it for mine minutes ago and it works.
