Constipation, what can I do to fix this?
I am a year old male and suffer from constipation. I can go days at a time without having a single bowel movement. My average crisis lasts bewtween days up to a week at most. When i first start noticing that im having problems its because i have trouble going to the bathroom. I usually take really long to actually do it min up to an Hour. And i know im not done because it is very little if any and i still feel like i have alot of waste that needs to be excreted.
