I was lbs. I had been lbs. in school and until after my nd baby. I am now down to lbs. and I am still working to get down to at least lbs. Find new friends because you need to take care of yourself and part of that is surrounding yourself with supportive people in your life. Do that for a days, then gradually increase until you are walking an hour per day. brbrFind a walking club in your area and join them.
