i got contacts today but i cant get them in at all they sting really bad and makes my eyes sore any easy way to get them im points for best amswer

Okay, Ive been wearing contacts for years. The best tip that I can give is to be calm and patient when youre putting them in. Dont get frustrated by them. Make sure that the lens is facing the right way, too. There will by little numbers on one side of the lens, make sure they are facing up and the contact looks like the shape of a bowl. If it is bent outward, you may be putting them in backwards, causing the stinging. brAlso, make sure your fingers are wet, as well as the lens BEFORE putting it in. Dry lenses are the worst, and this may be causing a lot of the burning, too. Wash your hands before you handle them. brPut solution in your eye before you try putting them in. br brIf this doesnt help, you can go to your eye doctor and ask for a eye relaxing solution. They put a few drops in your eyes and it relaxes the muscle, making it easier to learn. brbrAfter a few tries without any luck, stop.
